Exercise Physiologist | $67K–$85K Super | Private Clinic Role with Aquatic & Gym Facilities

Join a multidisciplinary team based in private clinic suites within aquatic and leisure centers, with access to premium facilities including dedicated consultation and assessment rooms, on-site hydrotherapy pools, fully equipped gym rehabilitation spaces, and exclusive staff areas for documentation, breaks, and team collaboration.

In this role, you'll deliver individualized one-on-one exercise programs, rehabilitation services, and functional capacity assessments for a diverse client base, including:

- NDIS participants with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Older adults requiring support with falls prevention, arthritis management, or recovery following joint replacement surgery
- DVA and Return-to-Work clients
- Individuals living with chronic health conditions
- Workers Compensation and TAC clients

This position is predominantly clinic-based, with occasional community visits to provide in-home support and help clients transition into structured rehabilitation within the clinic setting.

About You

You're passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes, enjoy working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, and are seeking a role that provides strong clinical guidance and operational support.

You have:

- Current registration as an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
- Excellent communication skills when working with both clients and colleagues
- A collaborative, proactive, and supportive approach as a team member
- Strong time management skills, with good organisation and reliability
- A valid Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and Driver’s Licence
- Openness to new graduates, with training and mentorship available
