Esteria Café & Restaurant is seeking an experienced, reliable and customer-focused Hospitality All-rounder to join our friendly team at our waterfront café and restaurant in Watsons Bay.
Typical Shifts
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Shift days, hours and roster may vary depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Produce consistent latte art
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
- Work efficiently as part of a busy team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a busy café
- Confident espresso-making and latte art skills
- Previous hospitality or waitstaff experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Available to work weekends
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Valid Australian working rights
- Australian or New Zealand citizens are preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Up to AU$40 per hour, depending on experience, skills and employment type
- Paid in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119)
