Are you an experienced customer service professional who can think quickly, communicate confidently and remain calm when conversations become challenging?

Absolute Domestics is looking for two capable Customer Service Officers to join our friendly, close-knit team in Cleveland. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role supporting both our clients and domestic cleaning contractors throughout Australia and New Zealand.

About Absolute Domestics For more than 30 years, Absolute Domestics has helped Australian and New Zealand households connect with trusted domestic cleaning contractors. Our Cleveland-based customer service team plays an important role in supporting thousands of cleaners and clients every day.

What you’ll do:

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

- Assist clients and contractors with bookings, enquiries and service issues

- Listen carefully, ask the right questions and find practical solutions

- Build strong relationships with your allocated group of contractors

- Navigate our custom-built CRM while using Outlook, Teams and dual monitors

- Contribute to client retention and positive service outcomes

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be well suited to this role if you:

- Have call-centre or high-volume customer service experience

- Are confident, patient and professional on the phone

- Can de-escalate difficult conversations and take ownership of problems

- Work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment





- Are comfortable learning new technology and managing several tasks at once

- Have strong touch-typing skills of at least 40 words per minute

- Bring a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping people

- Can work full-time onsite at our Cleveland office

Hours

We have two full-time positions available:

- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, changing to 7:30am–4:00pm during daylight saving

- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm throughout the year

These are full-time, office-based positions with no work-from-home arrangement.

Compensation:

Competitive pay under the Clerks Award 2010, ranging from $75,000 - $80,000 including Super. The rate acknowledges your experience and skills. Specific details regarding salary and any extra benefits will be discussed further during the interview process.
