Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a leading national warehouse team based in Dandenong. These are ongoing opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse setting, offering stable work and consistent weekday shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing orders using RF scanners
- Labelling, sorting, and palletising stock
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Operating manual and electric pallet jacks
- Manual handling of items up to 20kg
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
Requirements
- Previous warehouse and pick packing experience is essential
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling (up to 20kg)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Experience operating a tugger is preferred but not essential
