We are calling for an Expression of Interest for a Care Partner Support.

Located at our Northern Community Site at Elizabeth, this role is offered as a six month full time secondment role. In this role, it is expected you will demonstrate personal responsibility, effective communication, and adaptability while consistently delivering high-quality service aligned with Resthaven’s values. This includes clear and respectful communication, active listening, and providing timely updates.

Selection Criteria

Essential

- Strong Administrative and Customer Service Skills
- Appropriately trained aged care workers with relevant experience.
- An empathy and understanding of issues for older people, their families, and carers
- Knowledge and experience of quality systems for evidence-based care coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills




- A commitment to supporting older people to remain at home in the community
- Demonstrated computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic client care systems
- A current SA driver’s license

Desirable

. The following qualifications are highly recommended:

- Diploma of Nursing
- Certificate III in individual Support (Ageing) or Health Services Assistance
- Certificate IV in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services
- Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
- Diploma of Ageing Studies and services
