As Facility Manager, you will provide visible and effective leadership across all aspects of residential operations. You will be responsible for supporting residents, families and staff while ensuring the respective homes deliver protected, high-quality and contemporary care.
Working closely with experienced regional and corporate support teams, you will lead the facility’s clinical, operational, workforce and quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing strong, visible and values-based leadership across the residential community
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and genuinely person-centred care
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant aged care legislation, regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Driving continuous quality improvement and supporting accreditation readiness
- Building positive and trusted relationships with residents, families, employees and key stakeholders
- Supporting workforce engagement, capability, performance and retention
- Overseeing operational performance and contributing to sustainable occupancy and financial outcomes
- Promoting a positive, inclusive and resident-focused workplace culture
The successful candidate will be a clinically qualified, proven Facility Manager with a demonstrated ability to lead residential aged care services through a contemporary, resident-centred approach. In addition, a demonstrated commitment to the delivery of Best Practice outcomes for residents is essential as are outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and a keen desire to work with a provider operating at the forefront of the industry.
