About the Role Reporting to an experienced Regional Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including:

- Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Driving a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Ensuring exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Managing occupancy, budgets and operational performance
- Supporting accreditation readiness and clinical governance

About You To be successful, you will bring:
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (essential)
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or Acting Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading quality and compliance initiatives
