Position 1 - Joinery Installer
As part of our installation team, you'll install a wide range of custom-built joinery, including kitchens, wardrobes, laundries , entertainment units and bespoke cabinetry.
You’ll be responsible for manufacturing and installing high-quality custom joinery, including kitchens, wardrobes, and detailed cabinetry. You’ll work closely with our production and design teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Install custom joinery to a high standard.
- Work professionally with clients and builders to meet client specifications
- Solve on-site installation challenges while maintaining quality outcomes.
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient installation of all cabinets and benchtops
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience installing custom joinery or cabinetry.
- High attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused.
- Current driver's licence and own tools preferred.
Position 2 - Factory Cabinet Maker
Working in our well-equipped manufacturing facility, you'll manufacture a diverse range of custom joinery for residential and commerical projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble custom joinery.
- Operate panel saws, edge banders, CNC machinery and other workworking equipment (experience with all machines is not essential).
- Read and interpret production drawings.
- Maintain high quality standards and work efficiently to production schedules.
- Contribute to a safe and organised workshop. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Cabinet making or joinery experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Robust attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.
