We are a local business servicing the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas. Our company is both growing and changing so we are looking for a new member to join our factory team.

The Role The ideal candidate would have previous experience preferred in a similar role but is not required as full training will be provided.

We are seeking individuals with the below attributes:

- Attention to detail and works independently as well within a team environment.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Current driver's licence is required.

- Able to prioritise tasks
- A good, positive attitude towards work

- Excellent work ethic; arrive on time

- Organized & adaptable

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Assemble products according to specifications

- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

- Use a cutting machine table to precisely cut blind fabrics as per each order request.

- Prepare each blind for shipping/install

- Valuable attention to detail and quality control
