Are you an experienced Farm Hand seeking an opportunity to join a well- established broad-acre cropping operation in Mount Madden, WA? Our client is looking for hardworking and trustworthy individuals to join their well-established operation focused on cereals, canola, wheat, and barley. This role covers 25,000 hectares across three main properties, offering the chance to work with modern equipment in a supportive, family-oriented setting.

You will be involved in all aspects of the cropping program, working with large-scale machinery and contributing to the smooth day – to- day running of the operation. Duties include spraying, planting, harvesting, and general farm work, along with supporting maintenance and workshop tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a range of modern farming machinery, including headers, John Deere tractors with GPS technology, and Agrifac sprayers
- Carry out spraying and planting operations
- Assist with machinery maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Perform welding and basic fabrication work as needed





About you:

- Experience in dryland cropping
- Proven ability in operating large–scale farming machinery
- Holds a valid truck licence
- Chemical Certificate or willing to obtain
- Mechanically minded with practical problem- solving skills
- Welding fabrication experience – highly regarded
- Reliable, adaptable, and a solid communicator
- Non–smoker preferred
- Own vehicle required
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
