T & C Do & Son Pty Ltd is one of the state's major vegetable production companies with over 30 years of experience in supplying locally and nationally all year round. Our family-owned and operated business proudly supplies a range of premium produce including broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, celery, silverbeet, spring onions, and kale to local market clients and major supermarkets. There are 30 vacancies to be filled for farmhand positions.

Work will be available most months out of the year. The farm is located in Woodridge, 45 minutes north of Wanneroo or approximately 1 hour north of Perth. Successful farmhand applicants will work in teams to harvest, process and pack a range of vegetables and product lines where they will be inducted and trained to follow through with mandatory food safety and quality management system requirements such as SQF and HARPS.





Ongoing training and support will be provided. Work will take place in fields outdoors, and in packing sheds. Candidates should be fit, healthy, motivated, and capable of learning recent skills. Being able to work efficiently and safely under time constraints in a team environment is essential.

You must also have your own form of transport such as a reliable motor vehicle. Successful candidates will be offered full time employment under the Horticulture Award 2020 (effective 1/7/26). The rate will range from $25.74-$29.45 per hour.

Candidates can expect to work from 7 am to 4am. Where applicable, overtime rate range of $38.61-$44.18 per hour will apply. Immediate start.
