About The Role Do you enjoy working with animals, being outdoors, and playing a hands-on role in a farming environment? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Farm Hand to join our dedicated team in Carisbrook VIC. Reporting to the Farm Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our farm — ensuring our birds are healthy, comfortable, and cared for to the highest standard.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable and long-term role within a supportive and growing business. What You’ll Do Monitor bird feed and water supplies

Maintain high standards of shed cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity

Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

Assist with general farm duties, including manual handling tasks

Support the Farm Supervisor and Manager with daily operations and reporting





Be proactive in improving safe work practices and the workplace environment About You You take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working as part of a team. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Physically fit and comfortable working in dusty environments (PPE provided)

Experienced in farming, animal handling, or shed work (highly regarded)

You will be working 4 days on, 4 days off roster 7am - 5.30pm. Therefore, weekend work will be required.
