Coming from an aligned fashion background of core apparel and / or premium or luxury retail, you will be confident developing a loyal client following, delivering exceptional service and style concepts, and be capable of training your team to do the same. Leading and supporting the team in day to day operations, you will strive to be a shining example of company standards, loyal to your team and managers while driving store results higher and becoming an incredible ambassador for your business.

- Assist in all day to day retail operations
- Train and develop the team utilising available tools and following policies and procedures

- Passion OR a proven background in the fashion industry!
- Exceptional client skills; confidence to build a lasting impression and create a loyal customer
- Experience as a Store Manager or supporting a Manager in a retail setting...
- Sensational personal presentation, inspiring trends and confidence in others
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to lead and coach a strong, tight-knit team in a recent boutique setting!
