We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Moe, VIC. This casual role involves supporting a female NDIS participant with daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

The successful candidate will provide person centred support and assist the participant to maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.

Shift Details

- Location: Moe, VIC
- Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Hours: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Shift Duration: 5 hours per shift
- Commencement: Within the next two weeks

About the Role

You will support a female participant with household tasks and daily routines, including:
- Meal preparation
- Light cleaning
- Laundry assistance
- Supporting independence within the home
- Building a positive and respectful relationship with the participant
- Following the participant’s support plan and individual needs




- Completing progress notes and reporting any changes in wellbeing

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable and committed to providing quality support
- Comfortable working independently
- Experienced in disability support, aged care, or community care (preferred)
- Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives

Essential Requirements

- Female support worker preferred due to participant requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Working rights in Australia
