About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and oversee Solar, Battery and EV Charger installation activities across the organisation.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of installation projects—ensuring every job is completed safely, on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Team Leaders, Installation Crews, Scheduling, Warehouse/Inventory, Suppliers, and Customers to drive operational efficiency and exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate teams for Solar, Battery and EV Charger projects across the business

- Lead, support, and performance-manage installation teams and subcontractors

- Ensure full compliance with WHS, electrical, and industry regulations

- Maintain high standards of workmanship through robust quality control processes

- Manage every aspect of project materials, installation timelines, resources, and capacity planning





- Act as a key point of contact regarding technical installation-related matters

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery

About You

You’re a hands-on leader with solid operational and people management skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

You’ll bring

- Proven experience managing multiple teams in electrical operations

- Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

- Electrical, trade, or technical background (highly regarded)

- SAA accreditation or equivalent (desirable)
