About The Role
Tired of FIFO, airport breakfasts and living out of a suitcase? Join WA Limestone and work on seriously big gear—then sleep in your own bed every night.
We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Boilermaker/Welder to join our Bibra Lake team. You’ll work across Perth repairing, rebuilding and fabricating heavy mobile plant, crushing and screening equipment, trucks, buckets, trays and more.
One day you might be rescuing a hard-working bucket. The next, rebuilding a machine or fabricating something new from scratch. If you enjoy variety,
practical problem-solving and work that doesn’t involve staring at the same workshop wall all week, this is the job for you.
What you’ll bring
You’re a qualified Boilermaker/Welder with solid experience in heavy fabrication and repairs. You’ll be comfortable with:
- Oxy, stick, MIG and flux-core welding
- Bucket, blade and tray repairs and rebuilds
- Crushing and screening equipment
- Structural steel and plate work
- Reading drawings—or confidently working it out when there aren’t any
- Working independently in the field and as part of a capable crew
- Passing on your knowledge to apprentices
You’ll also need
- An AU/NZ-recognised trade qualification
- At least three years’ recent heavy or structural fabrication experience
- Minimum LR driver’s licence
- Legal working rights in Australia
What’s in it for you?
- Earn up to $200K
- Above-industry wages
- Perth-based work and home every night
- Great gear, engaging jobs and plenty of variety
- A supportive crew and managers who know the value of good people
- Machine rebuilds, bucket rebuilds, fabrication and design work
- Long-term security with a well-established WA company
- A safety-focused workplace—without the unnecessary drama
