GTH is currently seeking experienced Final Grader Operator for an immediate start. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating final trim graders to a high standard, a strong understanding of GPS machine control systems, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate final trim graders and excavators safely and efficiently

- Complete final trim, stabilisation, and earthworks to project specifications

- Utilise GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate results

- Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance

- Work collaboratively with site crews to meet project deadlines

- Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a protected work environment

- Read and interpret plans, levels, and project requirements

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy

Our Ideal candidate:

- Proven experience operating graders with stabilisation work

- Strong attention to detail and safety focus

- Relevant tickets and licenses - RII Grader

- Construction white/ blue card

- Valid Drivers License

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
