About the Team

HGA Finance is responsible for end-to-end financial management of the business, combining commercial insight, data-driven analysis and rigorous financial control.

The team owns the monthly close and delivers transparent traffic, sales metric, gross margin and cashflow analysis and insight to the HGA Management team, ensuring that financial data used for management, audit, banking and strategic transactions is accurate, timely and well-governed.

About the Role

This role puts you right in the middle of where finance meets fast-paced online retail. As Finance Business Partner – eCommerce, you'll translate the numbers behind our digital business into decisions leaders can act on — from where to invest, to how we protect margin, to what good looks like for our customers In this role, you'll:

- Work alongside the Head of HGA, eCommerce, Finance and Marketing teams as a trusted source of commercial insight and recommendations
- Dig into online sales, margin, customer and fulfilment data to surface risks, opportunities and next steps
- Own budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting,




- Bring rigour and governance to significant marketing and media spend, end to end
- Assess how well campaigns are performing and what returns they're generating.
- Spot where spend can be reduced or redirected — without compromising revenue, profitability or the customer experience

About You and Your Skills

You know your way around the commercial engine room of an eCommerce business, and you're just as comfortable building a relationship with a non-finance stakeholder as you are building a model

You'll bring:

- A CA, CPA or equivalent qualification — retail, FMCG or marketing/eCommerce background highly regarded
- Finance business partnering experience, with a solid grasp of online sales, margin, customers and fulfilment
- A history of managing marketing budgets and assessing the returns and effectiveness of campaign investment
- A track record of lifting sales performance, improving margins, and finding smarter ways to work
- Strong modelling and reporting capability, with the ability to flex your message for different audiences
