We're looking for a hands-on finance professional who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, supporting the business and rolling up their sleeves when needed. You'll be joining an ambitious leadership team that values initiative, accountability and people who can make things happen.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while helping build the financial capability, controls and reporting infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing business.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable reviewing statutory accounts, leading a team, improving processes, partnering with stakeholders and jumping into operational issues when required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Managing statutory reporting, audit and compliance obligations.
- Enhancing financial controls, governance frameworks and reporting disciplines.
- Overseeing cashflow management and working capital processes.
- Supporting continued improvements across finance systems, reporting and automation.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a small finance team.
- Partnering closely with business leaders to provide commercial insight and support decision making.
- Driving accountability and continuous improvement across the finance function.

About You





You're a CA-qualified accountant who combines robust technical capability with a practical, commercial mindset. You've likely trained within practice and spent 3-5 years successfully making an impact within industry. Ideal for a 2nd mover.

You're someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys a challenge and isn't afraid to step outside a traditional to get things done.

You'll be successful in this role if you:
