? Level: Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, analytical, and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support the organization's financial performance, planning, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting processes, financial controls, and compliance while providing meaningful insights to support business growth. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, accounting teams, auditors, department managers, and key stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance and sustainable business performance.

Lead and oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient financial management.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes and reporting activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and financial analysis.
Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, and long-term financial strategies.
Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, and other core accounting activities.
Maintain effective financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory obligations, and internal policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits and provide accurate financial documentation and supporting information.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial risks to support effective business operations.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and other external financial stakeholders.
Analyze business performance, profitability, cost structures,
and financial trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, sales, procurement, HR, and other departments to support financial planning and business performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members while promoting a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Oversee financial systems, ERP platforms, accounting software, reporting tools, and finance technology initiatives.
Identify opportunities to automate financial processes, improve reporting efficiency, and strengthen financial data quality.
Prepare financial presentations, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, investment decisions, and commercial planning activities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial performance, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial governance. ✅ Requirements
Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Proven experience in finance management, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), or a related finance leadership role.
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, month-end processes, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
Excellent analytical, numerical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret financial information and translate it into practical business recommendations.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial models, cash flow, and business performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, statutory reporting, and financial compliance requirements.
Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, financial reporting platforms,
and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with systems such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing finance professionals is advantageous.
High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
Commitment to continuous improvement, financial excellence, and supporting strategic business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
