An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in driving financial sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all financial accounting activities, including month-end and year-end processes
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Financial Accounting functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Prepare financial reports for Executive Leadership, Board and Committee meetings
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures and internal controls

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- CPA,



CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership position
- Robust knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting and compliance requirements
- Experience managing audits and preparing statutory financial statements
- Experience within government, not-for-profit or community-focused organisations - must have
