About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business finance operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, improving financial processes, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

? Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis

Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Analyze business performance, financial trends, and key financial indicators.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.

Conduct financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities and business risks.

Support long-term financial planning and growth strategies.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Management

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.

Review financial statements, management reports, and accounting records.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial partners.

Ensure proper financial controls and risk management practices.

Budgeting & Cost Management

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.





Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.

Develop cost optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Review business expenses and recommend financial improvements.

Support investment decisions through financial evaluation and analysis.

Business Finance & Team Leadership

Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Provide financial guidance for business expansion, projects, and investments.

Develop financial dashboards and performance reports for management.

Improve finance processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.

Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve operational excellence.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), or related roles.

Proven experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.

Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience leading or managing finance teams is preferred.





Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
