We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our finance team and provide valuable insights that support business planning, financial performance, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare forecasts and reports, monitor business performance, and identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with finance, accounting, operations, sales, marketing, and senior leadership teams to deliver accurate, actionable financial insights.

Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial metrics.
Prepare financial reports, management dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Support annual budgeting, financial forecasting, business planning, and long-term financial modeling activities.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business targets.
Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial and business analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for management and key stakeholders.
Analyze revenue, operating expenses, margins, cash flow, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support pricing, investment, cost optimization, and business growth decisions.
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
Work closely with operational teams to understand business drivers and translate financial information into actionable recommendations.
Support management with financial insights, presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business projects and management requests.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks to track financial and operational performance.
Assist with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial risk assessment.
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, data quality, automation, and analytical efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of financial models, assumptions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
Research market trends, industry developments, competitor performance, and economic factors that may impact business performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. ✅ Requirements
Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, FP&A;, business analysis, or a related role is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems, accounting software, or business intelligence platforms.
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Strong analytical, numerical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
Strong understanding of financial statements, profit and loss analysis, balance sheets, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data and developing financial models.
Robust communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations and financial drivers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with finance, accounting, operations, and senior management teams.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
