We’re looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our FP&A; team. You’ll deliver financial analysis, reporting and insights that help leaders make better commercial decisions. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and modelling, while strengthening the quality and visibility of our financial planning. What You’ll Do
Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting and explain key performance drivers (revenue, margin, cost, utilisation)
Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis
Analyse profitability and cost drivers to support commercial decisions and business cases
Improve reporting tools, dashboards and data quality
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to deliver timely insights What We’re Looking For Essential
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
3+ years’ FP&A; or corporate finance experience
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling skills
Experience with planning/consolidation tools and ERP systems (Oracle preferred) Preferred
IT, SaaS or technology background
Multi-currency / multi-entity experience
Power BI or similar tools
