Financial Controller & Company Secretary

Macro Metals is seeking an experienced finance and governance professional to lead the Company’s financial management, ASX compliance and company secretarial functions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as a trusted adviser to the Board and Executive Team while overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, investor relations and corporate governance activities. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a growing ASX-listed resources company, supporting funding initiatives, strategic projects and long-term value creation while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity, compliance and governance.

About the Role

As Financial Controller & Company Secretary, you will be responsible for:

- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury functions.
- Preparing Board reports and providing strategic financial advice.




- Managing ASX and ASIC compliance obligations.
- Supporting investor relations and shareholder communications.
- Coordinating Board, Committee and shareholder meetings.
- Maintaining strong corporate governance frameworks.
- Supporting capital raisings, funding initiatives and strategic transactions.
- Building financial systems, controls and processes that support company growth.
