We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a high-performing project team delivering a premium residential development, based on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established project with a respected builder and play a key role in delivering exceptional finishes through to practical completion.
About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing all internal finishes trades and daily site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
- Driving quality control and maintaining exceptional finishing standards
- Conducting inspections, defect management, and rectification works
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining a safe, productive, and well-organised work setting
- Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the finishing stages
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on medium to high-rise residential projects
- Strong understanding of finishing trades,
sequencing, and defect management
- Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience working on large-scale residential developments highly regarded
