About the role

Precision Fire Protection Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Technician - Electrician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial projects within a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform fault-finding, repairs, and rectification of fire and electrical systems.
2. Service, test, and maintain fire alarms, EWIS, emergency lighting, and related equipment.
3. Diagnose faults and restore systems to operation.
4. Complete service reports and compliance documentation using Uptick.
5. Perform system upgrades, modifications, and maintenance works.
6. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other trades.
7. Attend emergency call-outs when required.
8.



Maintain high WHS standards and participate in ongoing training.
9. Assist with project delivery and identify opportunities for system improvements.

Requirements

1. Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
2. Fire protection industry experience.
3. Experience with fire alarms, EWIS, emergency lighting, and related systems.
4. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
5. Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team.
6. Current Driver’s Licence
7. White Card.
8. FPA accreditation highly regarded.
