Our client is seeking a Fish Filleter / Seafood Processor to join their busy seafood production team in Myaree. This hands-on role involves preparing premium fresh seafood to the highest quality standards while supporting daily production in a commercial food preparation environment. Whether you're an experienced Fish Filleter or bring transferable skills from a commercial kitchen, food production, butchery or food manufacturing background, training is available for the right person.

Complete seafood processing and food preparation tasks efficiently to meet daily production requirements

Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and quality standards

Safely operate knives and follow established workplace procedures

Assist with packing, product presentation and general production duties

Contribute to a clean, organised and safe work environment About You Previous experience as a Fish Filleter, Seafood Processor, Butcher or within a commercial kitchen, food production or food manufacturing environment





Strong knife skills and confidence handling fresh food products

Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing quality work

Reliable, punctual and available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster

Able to work efficiently in a fast production environment A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a close-knit team If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in producing quality fresh food, we'd love to hear from you.
