Key Responsibilities

- Skinning, Pin boning and Portioning fish fillets in a wet and cold environment.
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties.
- Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices.




- Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
- Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in valuable condition.
- Must have experience as a Knife hand/Trimmer in Fresh Food Processing environment.
- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Full, permanent work rights in Australia

- Sound understanding of all WH&S; Protocols
