This is a hands-on logistics role responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, supporting drivers and ensuring customer delivery requirements are met safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Road and Warehouse Manager, the positionincludes the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily pickups and deliveries to achieve service and customer KPI targets.




- Monitoring driver and vehicle activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Communicatingregularly with drivers regarding schedules, changes, and delays.
- Ensuringall transport documentation, load sheetsand operational paperwork are accurate and completed on time.
- Maintaining accurate fleet and freight information within SAP and other operational systems.
- Liaisingwith customers and internal stakeholders regarding freight movements and service updates.
- Coordinatingvehicle maintenance requirements with the maintenance team.
- Monitoring compliance with fatigue management, mass management, vehicle inspectionsand legislative requirements.
- Promotinga strong safety culture throughsafety alertsand compliance activities.

- Experience in fleet control, transport scheduling, dispatchor logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of heavy vehicle compliance and transport regulations.

- Experience with SAP or transport management systems is highly regarded.
