Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages in the restaurant, bar, room service, or function areas.
- Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Process guest payments using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with a solid team focus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (if required by your location).
