Chocolate Destinations Group is seeking several Production Process Team members to join our new chocolate manufacturing site located in Coburg.

These roles involve working as part of a team in a rapid-paced, high volume food production environment, with duties across machine operation, product handling, packing, labelling, quality control and cleaning. These are hands-on roles suited to candidates who are comfortable working around food production equipment and maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Multiple full time and part time positions (minimum 3 days/week) are available working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, up to 37.5 hours per week.

The positions are being established to support growth driven by the expansion The Chocolateries’ business, as well as increasing wholesale and online demand for our products.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow documented preparation processes to produce chocolate products in line with The Chocolateries’ high quality standards.

· Operate chocolate production and packing machinery safely and efficiently.





· Monitor maintenance of production equipment to ensure smooth operation.

· Maintain accurate records for production and packing using our computerized inventory system.

· Perform production, packing, sorting, labelling, and quality control of finished products.

· Assist with blending, batching, and general process work as required.

· Follow site procedures, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety guidelines.

· Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work area.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in factory or process work, preferably within food manufacturing.

· Experience in chocolate, confectionery, food, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic goods manufacturing highly regarded.

· Ability to lift up to 15kg consistently and physically fit.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to work consistently on repetitive tasks.
