Synergie is seeking Multiple Day & Afternoon Shifts Forklift Operators for our client, who is Australia’s leading national logistics company located in Altona North, VIC.

- $37 - $44 per hour OT
- Ongoing Opportunities Temp to Perm
- Monday to Friday |

What you will be required to do:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in supporting transport operations by safely operating a counterbalance forklift, loading and unloading trailers, and ensuring freight is handled efficiently to meet delivery schedules.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Opening and closing curtains, gates and securing load restraint equipment.
- Ensuring freight is loaded, unloaded and staged safely and efficiently.
- Completing pre-start forklift checks and operating equipment safely at all times.
- Working in a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

To be successful in the role you will:

- A current LF Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift within a transport, logistics or warehouse environment.




- Experience loading and unloading trailers.
- Experience working with curtains, gates and load restraint equipment (highly regarded).
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Please note successful applicants will need to undergo Police Check and Medical.
