About the opportunity At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Food Service Assistant, you’ll create cherished moments each day by supporting our Chef Manager to create delicious food and assist to serve in our on-site Cafe. What you’ll bring - Knowledge of food safety standards

- Experience in food preparation in a busy kitchen, prior experience in aged care desired but not essential
- Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team
- Experience in a cafe or previous barista experience would also be an advantage. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance OR current police check and willing to obtain NDIS clearance.
