General Foreman – $200m+ Luxury Residential Development

About the Company An established Tier 2 Builder / Developer is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join the delivery team on a landmark $200m+ high-rise residential development in Brisbane.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this major residential development by managing the day-to-day supervision of trades and subcontractors across your allocated work fronts.

You will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while maintaining programme and productivity targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a General Foreman or Foreman on large-scale commercial or high-rise residential projects




- Experience working on projects valued at $100m+ is highly regarded
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily construction activities
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with programme and quality expectations
- Conduct daily pre-starts and maintain a strong safety culture across site
- Monitor productivity and proactively resolve site issues
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to achieve key project milestones
- Strong understanding of structural, façade and finishes packages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Trade qualification within the construction industry preferred
