McNaughts Transport is on the lookout for an experienced Forklift operator (ideally with a HR licence) who is dedicated and determined with outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift/HR Driver to perform a variety of local pickups and deliveries across Dubbo and its surrounds. This is a Full-Time position with an immediate start available, ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and possesses an outstanding customer service ethic.

Experience & Qualifications

- Have demonstrated experience in operating an HR vehicle to transport general freight, pickups and deliveries

- Current forklift licence (LF) with demonstrated experience required

- Executing safe and productive loading and unloading procedures, ensuring correct load restraint

- Adhering to all company policies, WHS procedures, and road transport legislation





- Have previous experience completing daily vehicle pre-start checks and driver fitness

- Hold a current HR licence with proven experience

- Manual license and experience preferred but not essential

- Be well presented, punctual and flexible to changing work requirements

- Be efficient in completing the necessary delivery paperwork including run sheets and work diaries

- Demonstrated experience in the carrying of dangerous goods is preferred
- The ability to work as part of a team

You will be required to provide a copy of your current license and meet McNaughts Transport employment criteria which will include a medical and drug and alcohol test.
