About the role

We have experienced growth as a company and seek dedicated and professionally like-minded people to join our team. We are currently seeking versatile and skilled individuals in various positions.

You will join us in our existing projects in Perth Metro area. Travel will be required between sites depending on projects requirements.

All positions below start on a casual basis, with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

Position Available:

1. Carpenter (Formworker) – $50–$55 per hour

- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction formwork

- Proven experience constructing decks, stairs, reinforced concrete (RC) walls, and installing and tying reinforcing steel

- Ability to read and interpret construction, design, and formwork drawings

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards

2. Plant Operator – $40–$45 per hour

- Minimum 3 years' experience operating civil construction plant

- Proficient in operating loaders, excavators, skid steer loaders and similar civil construction equipment

- Complete daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance

- Current relevant licences and plant tickets required





- HR licence highly desirable

- Strong commitment to safe work practices and site procedures

3. General Labourer – $35.55 per hour

- Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude

- Assist trades with site preparation, digging, lifting, clean-up and general labouring duties

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment

- Current Traffic Control ticket highly desirable

- Willing to assist across a variety of tasks as required

Requirements:

- Relevant tickets, licences, and experience for specific roles

- Hold a current Australian C class drivers license with a clean driving record. HR Licence highly desirable for Plant Operators

- White Card (Construction Induction Card) required

- Traffic Control tickets highly regarded

- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
