We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House / Bartender to join our friendly team. If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can make outstanding drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Front of House / Bartender, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Operating the POS system and handling payments.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and dining area.
- Working closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Following RSA and food safety requirements at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy venue.
- Current Queensland RSA certificate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Pay: $26.44 – $44.83 per hour
