The role also offers future growth into a Patient Coordinator position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

- You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator. The warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client.
- But this role goes beyond the front desk.
- If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant – guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
- Manage appointments, patient flow, and front desk operations
- Support administrative processes and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate daily schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver five-star service

- Lead tailored consultations to support patients through their decision-making journey
- Build trust and rapport with clients while presenting treatment options
- Manage treatment plans, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication

About you:
