Mini Masterminds Leichhardt - Assistant Director (ECT) About Mini Masterminds Mini Masterminds is a leading early childhood education provider committed to creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments where every child can thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Assistant Centre Director to join our team at Mini Masterminds Leichhardt (32-place centre). About The Role As Assistant Centre Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support the day-to-day operations of the service while maintaining the highest standards of education and care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor and support educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and help drive a positive team culture. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and lead the service in the Centre Director's absence.

Key Responsibilities Support the Centre Director with the daily operations of the centre

Lead, mentor, and support educators to deliver high-quality education and care

Foster a positive, cooperative, and inclusive team culture

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community

Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF),



National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation

Assist with staffing, rostering, and centre administration

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement processes

Be part of a growing organisation that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

Previous leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Current Child Protection training/certificate

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care Applicants must have valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
