Kildare College is a Kildare Ministries Catholic Girls' College in the Brigidine tradition, educating young women from Year 7 to Year 12. As the College continues to experience enrolment growth and looks confidently towards the future, a review of our leadership structure has created an exciting opportunity for a Future Pathways, VET and SACE Coordinator (POR 2) to join our team, commencing in 2027. This newly established position reflects the College's commitment to strengthening future pathways education and providing students with enhanced support as they navigate subject selection, career exploration, vocational pathways, tertiary options and life beyond school.
The Future Pathways, VET and SACE Coordinator will provide strategic leadership and specialist expertise across future pathways education,
Vocational Education and Training (VET), and South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) programs. Working collaboratively with students, families, staff and external partners, the successful applicant will lead the development of a cohesive pathways framework that empowers students to make informed decisions about their learning and future aspirations.

Qualifications and training:
- Teacher’s Registration (South Australia)
- Current and acceptable Working with Children Clearance and screening to work in Catholic Education SA
- Post Graduate qualification desirable
- Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)
- HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting.
