Gardener - Three Springs - ID (phone hidden) Posted:22/07/2026 Closing:10/08/2026 12:00 AM Position Details: The Gardener works under the direction of the Supervisor of Operations, Facilities and Maintenance and is responsible for the development, presentation, and maintenance of Council parks, gardens, reserves, cemeteries, and streetscapes. The role involves horticultural work, operation of light plant and equipment, irrigation maintenance, and general groundskeeping to ensure public spaces are attractive, secure, and well-maintained.

Role Requirements

- Hold a current “C” class Driver’s License. (Maintaining a current driver’s license is a condition of on-going employment), pass DAS
- Hold a certificate of competency in the operation of Chainsaws (Desirable).
- Hold a basic Life Support First Aid Certificate (Desirable).
- A horticultural qualification will be considered favourably (Not essential).
- Hold a White Card or obtain one within a reasonable period of time after commencement.
