Platinum Hot & Cold Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Gas Fitter / Refrigeration Technicians and HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team servicing commercial and residential clients throughout the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast, and Greater NSW regions.
About the Role
Based in the Newcastle/Hunter Region, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance and compliance inspections.
- Complete service reports and documentation using mobile technology.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professional communication.
- Gas-fired appliances and heating systems, commercial boilers and water heaters
- Preventative maintenance and breakdown response
Requirements
- Current Gas Work Licence or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- White Card (preferred)
