General Manager - Fine Jewellery

Sydney - Inner East

Within this role, you will be hands-on and across a lot of the detail; it's all encompassing and as a small and ambitious company they value agility and collaboration.

Reporting to the Founder, the ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is equally comfortable making high-level decisions and rolling up their sleeves when required.

Key responsibilities;

- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the business across all functions
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting and forecasting
- Identify commercial opportunities and implement initiatives that support long term growth
- Oversee the annual marketing and communications strategy.
- Manage CRM strategy, email marketing, social media, PR, partnerships and events
- Grow domestic and international wholesale partnerships
- Manage inventory,



logistics and production workflows
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts

Key skills and experience;

- Proven senior leadership experience within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or premium consumer brands (jewellery preferred)
- Experience across ecommerce, CRM, digital marketing and retail operations
- Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting capability
- Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva and retail POS systems is highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
