An exceptional leadership opportunity has become available for a commercially astute General Manager / Regional Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation servicing the mining, resources, construction and industrial sectors.

This is far more than a business development role. You'll be responsible for driving regional growth, developing long-term client partnerships, leading high-performing teams and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of business growth across Western Australia while providing leadership across business development, client engagement and operational performance.

You'll work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully executed while continuing to strengthen the company's reputation across the mining and industrial sectors.





Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Identify and secure major opportunities across mining, resources, energy and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with mining companies, asset owners, EPCMs and major contractors.
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term service agreements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team.
- Work collaboratively with operational leaders to ensure exceptional project delivery and customer outcomes.
- Drive strategic account management across key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking functions.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and overall business performance.

About You

- Significant leadership experience within mining services, industrial services, engineering or construction.




- A proven track record of developing new business and securing major contracts.
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance and trades.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience leading high-value negotiations.
- Existing relationships across mining companies, EPCMs and major industrial organisations.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving business performance.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on people, culture and long-term success.
