Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Geomembrane Professional Technicians and supervisors to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and quality assurance of geomembrane systems on various projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while contributing to the success of LMI Group Investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and Deployment: Execute the installation of geomembrane systems in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and testing of geomembrane installations to ensure compliance with LMI’s quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding geomembrane materials, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure successful project delivery and address any technical challenges that arise.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations,



ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation processes, inspections, and testing results, contributing to project documentation and reporting.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to geomembrane systems, and participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of geomembrane systems or related geosynthetic materials - HDPE, LLDPE, Geotextiles, GCL's, Geocomposites.

- Strong understanding of geosynthetic technology, installation methods, and quality assurance practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Relevant certifications in geosynthetics or construction safety are preferred.

- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks associated with installation activities.
