Now entering our 15th year, CPR Services has built a strong reputation for delivering specialist concrete strengthening, protection, and repair works across Australia, with around 70 employees. From tunnels and bridges to wharves and car parks, we’re involved in some of the country’s most technically challenging infrastructure maintenance projects.

About the Role The ideal candidate will be a graduate of either business or commerce with an accounting/finance major and will be looking to grow quickly into a financial management position within the business.

Candidates must hold a degree in business, commerce, or a related business field.

The role will be broad in scope, working with one of the directors and will support areas such as Accounting, Payroll, Business P&L; analysis, reporting and improvement.

Grow in the role from day 1.





Financial Analysis and Reporting - Working with directors and company accountant to develop improved reporting and analysis tools across group level P&L;'s, as well as project level reporting with our engineers.

Accounting – Working with the company finance team to understand processes around accounts receivable and accounts payable.

HR/Payroll - Support Payroll and develop a greater understanding around invoicing and insurance claims.

Act as a connector between the finance team and operational/engineering teams.
