About the Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Technology & Project Services team, you'll learn how to identify, engage, and support talented professionals across a variety of technology and project delivery disciplines.

Working alongside experienced recruiters and industry specialists, you'll receive hands-on coaching and exposure to some of Australia's most sought-after technology markets.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building relationships with technology professionals and helping them navigate their careers
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and networking
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for opportunities




- Learning about technology roles, projects, and industry trends
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining our CRM system
- Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Contributing to talent pooling, market mapping, and recruitment strategies

You'll be successful if you have:
