The Opportunity:

We are seeking a full-time Graduate Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our Architectural Louvre department. The role is both office & site based.

Reporting to the Senior Design Coordinator / Estimator, you will support the delivery of architectural louvre projects from tender through to project completion.

Working closely with builders, architects, structural and mechanical engineers, installers, and internal production teams, this role combines estimating, design coordination, procurement, and project administration to deliver high-quality architectural louvre solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Review tender documentation including architectural, structural and mechanical drawings, specifications, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities.

- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and quotations for architectural louvre systems.

- Coordinate projects from award through fabrication, procurement, and installation.

- Assist the draftsperson in preparing shop drawings,



technical submissions and RFIs where required.

- Undertake site inspections and verify site measurements where required.

- Liaise with architects, engineers, builders, subcontractors, installers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related matters.

- Review support arrangements and ensure louvre systems are coordinated with architectural and structural design requirements.

- Coordinate procurement of materials and monitor delivery schedules.

- Monitor project costs, variations and financial performance.

- Maintain accurate project documentation using company document management systems.

- Support continuous improvement of estimating, procurement and project delivery processes.

The candidate:

To be successful you will ideally have:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Structural), Project or Construction Management, Building & Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.

- Sound understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, as well as construction documentation.

- Knowledge of structural steel, aluminium fabrication or mechanical systems will be highly regarded.

- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.





- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper or SolidWorks is desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage projects from tender through to delivery while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- Full Australian working rights are essential. Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
