REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - ERIK GRAPHIC DESIGN

The Australian Association of Bush Regenerators (AABR) is seeking quotes from contractors to undertake graphic design for the Ecological Restoration Integrated Knowledge Project. Details about the project are at ERIK – Environmental Restoration Integrated Knowledge Learning System – AABR.

The contractor will complete the following tasks.

Collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts who AABR engages to compile written text content for best practice ecological restoration guidance materials.

Document design, and design of discrete factsheets style documents for specific guidance areas, including layout and the formulation of diagrams and images to elucidate the content where appropriate.

Liaise with the Project Co-ordinator to enable the review and finalisation of documents by the project steering committee and key stakeholders.

Aspects of the project to note are as follows.

Target audience is a diversity of ecological restoration practitioners, for example,



Bush Regenerators; Landcarers; Contract Managers; and Local, State and Federal government staff.

A style guide will be provided, with a degree of flexibility about how it is applied

Initial work involves the formatting and creation of graphics for one approximately 50 page document, to then be broken down into fact sheet style documents.

Additional work is then to be undertaken on an ad hoc basis, according to when the written text content is ready. Transparent milestones will be determined for payments.

Initial contract is expected to run until end June 2027, with the possibility of extension.

The contract will stipulate that AABR will become the owner of all the design work completed.

Your quote must contain the following items.

Your hourly rate, excluding GST.

List of relevant work you’ve completed and the date these were completed.

Relevant work examples.
